House-Sitting

We offer many services for house sits, while you are away on travel. One option is visiting the house and the other option is staying in the home until the day before you arrive.

Prices mentioned below are for both locations. Prices may vary depending on the type of care or special treatment asked for by our customers.

Basic House-Sitting visits:

$20.00 for 1 visit per day*

$25.00 for 2 visits per day*

$30.00 for 3 visits per day*

 

Basic House-Sitting live-in care:

$60.00/day*

 

Special House-Sitting live-in care: (with pets)

$80.00/day*

 

Basic Visit Services Include:

watering indoor plants

checking the house

collecting mail & Newspaper

turning lights on and off

trash removal

 

Basic Live-In Services Include:

watering indoor plants

collecting mail & newspaper

checking the area

opening and closing blinds and/or curtains

trash removal

light cleaning

 

Special Live-In Services Include:

same as mentioned above

feeding

fresh water

15 - 20 minutes of walking

cleaning pet area

tender loving care and a lot of attention

Both services include a daily log of updates, plus we will send emails if requested.

Emergency Home Care:

In case of an emergency like flooding, plumbing problems, weather damage, etc. we will call you and/or someone specialized for repairing.

 

Outdoor Home Care:

$35.00 per day

Includes watering the gardens & plants, mowing the lawn, shoveling the sidewalkand driveway(during winter), and raking up leaves (during fall)

*Discounts available if traveler is gone for more than 14 days.

During holidays there will be a $10.00 additional charge per day. The holidays are:

Memorial Day (Sat., Sun., & Mon.)

Labor Day (Sat., Sun., & Mon.)

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for a 48 hour notice to avoid any charges.
