We ask for a 4 day advance visit before the date of travel, so we may get to know you and your pet(s) and fill out a registration form at no cost.

The registration and contract form will ask the following information:

Basic Information: Name, Address, Phone #s, etc.

Pet Information: Breed, age, gender, habits, etc.

Feeding and watering schedules

Medication and medical information

Location of pet supplies

The vet's name, number & address

Emergency numbers and addresses

Any special care & needs, or concerns

 

We ask for half of the payment up front and the final amount due when you get back from your travels.

We accept cash only for the Galveston area.

We accept cash, money orders, and checks for the Chicago area.

How to Get Started:

Before you visit us for the interview, we ask that you have the following with you:

A set of spare keys

Enough supplies for while you are away*

All the information needed to fill out the form.

*A $12.00 charge will be added if a shopping trip is needed.

If Leaving on Travel:

Please leave a number and destination of where you will be staying at in case of an emergency.

Please let us know when your date of departure and arrival will be by sending us an email and on the form.

If your pet requires some medication, please leave instructions on form and where they are located.

Once you have returned please give us a call to insure your return and safety of your pet.
